Preparation for the expatriate employee and his/her family make the best of their experience abroad. They re-evaluate values, beliefs and behaviors from their own, their country of origin and destination country. Prepare to prevent and solve possible conflicts arising from cultural differences. Learn to leverage cultural diferences and similarities. Decide strategies for thriving in life and at work in the new country.

Global Teams

Prepare virtual global teams and their leaders to deal successfully with teammates, clients and suppliers from different nationalities.

Coaching

Coaching is a series of weekly or bi-weekly 1-h meetings with structured conversations in which the client sets a goal and develops the competencies needed to achieve that goal.
